Product Description
The skeleton type semi trailer is a kind of container transport
semitrailers and another type is flat bed type.The skeletal semi
trailer is made by welding the longitudinal beam, beam and front
and back end beam. The longitudinal beam is welded into i-shaped
shape by the submerged arc welding of high quality steel plate 16Mn
(the main size is 450 or 500), beam is punched into groove by high
quality steel plate, and the front and back end beam are welded
rectangular section.In order to improve the carrying capacity of
the container locking device, an integral long beam is arranged on
the part of the intercontainer locking device.The difference
between the flat bed type and the skeleton type is that the flat
bed adds a border and a patterned floor. The frame of wooden series
container transport semitrailer is all shot peening, and the whole
frame is assembled and welded on the special positioning platform,
with reasonable structure, high strength and beautiful appearance.
Equipped with a container retractable device on the frame, it can
carry 40ft and 20ft two kinds of standard containers.The front and
rear end of the four container tightening device is fixed
structure, the middle container tightening device is hidden
available structure.
