    The trailer is designed to load and transport of 1×45ft, 1×40ft (open or closed
    door), 2×20ft (open or closed door) or 1×20ft tank container dropped by port machine
    at PSA Singapore ports; the trailers shall be used for an average of 7,000 operating
    hours per year. This specification is for 83 units of CST. The modified specification will
    possibly be for the optional 85+100 units of CST.

    Steel Structure:
    Main Chassis (I-Beam):

    a) Manganese-steel extruded I-beam height: 488mm; top/bottom flange thickness:
    18mm, width: 300mm; web thickness: 11mm; Material: Q345B;

    b) Impulse test under normal temperature 20℃, tensile strength: 490~600Mpa, yield
    strength: 340~470Mpa, elongation: 21; Straightness tolerance of the main chassis
    +10mm after the production of the trailer frame finished;

    c) No holes will be permitted to be cut on the main chassis except for the landing gear
    rob holes, screw holes for pins and wire threaded holes for taillights to ensure enough
    strength;

    d) Filler plate on bottom flange of the I-beam above suspension, thickness: 4mm.All
    the vertical weld beads between the filler plate and the stiffener adopt full welding;
    intermittent welding (150mm weld bead every 200mm space) on the top and bottom
    weld bead to avoid of forming enclosed space or hurt working members due to
    explosion caused by the high-temperature of Singapore; Sealant for water-proof.
    Material: Q235B;

    e) Beams between the I-beam are of hot roller 200mm×150mm×5.75mm rectangle
    tube to avoid the frame distortion. Material: Q235B.

    f) welded main chassis will not be permitted; Must use 14340mm I-shape steel
    instead. Cross members of the bolsters are of hot roller 200mm×150mm×5.75mm
    rectangle tube to avoid the frame distortion.


    Cross-members:

    a) Cross-members are of hot roller 200mm×200mm×9.75mm rectangle shape steel,
    material:Q345B. Impulse test under normal temperature 20℃, tensile strength:
    490~600Mpa, yield strength: 340~470Mpa, elongation: 21.

    b) Each corner of the cross-members shall reserve 15 mm non-welded distance to
    the main chassis to release the stress and avoid weld bead cracking during the future
    operation.


    Bracing-members:

    a) The diagonal bracing-members of the main chassis are of hot roller
    100mm×100mm×4mm rectangle tube, material: Q235B.

    b) The front diagonal bracing-members of the cross-members: thickness: 6mm, C
    shape steel plate, material: Q235B. Pay attention to the direction of the C-shape steel
    plate on the diagonal bracing-members to avoid slush collection.


    King-pin assembly:

    a) The pick-up plate: 1250mm×1360mm, thickness: 16mm; material: Q345B. 560mm
    from the king-pin center to the rear end. No downward circular weep hole to avoid
    grease entering.

    b) Cross members of king-pin assembly: C shape steel bended steel welded to pickup plate, thickness: 8mm, material: Q235B; 16 lateral semi-circular weep holes on 2
    cross members of king-pin assembly.

    c) Covering plate of the king-pin assembly: 1080mm×620mm, thickness:4mm,
    material: Q235B. For the convenience to replace the beam of the king-pin assembly
    for PSA, the screw base on the covering plate adopts serration plate design to avoid disturbance during the welding gun operation. bottom side of the king-pin assembly
    plate, coated with butter while transporting.


    Accessories:

    Dowel pin: 100mm×100mm square spring pin, locates at the middle of the trailer
    body to fix the position of transporting tank container. The protruding part is 70mm
    higher than the platform of the main chassis; if >70mm, the rate of tank container
    scuffing will be increased. Spring of the dowel pin: inner diameter 95mm, outer
    diameter 105mm, diameter 10mm, height 250mm, depression starts when stress is
    over 50kg; designed working life: 1-3 years; designed number of use: 20,000-100,000
    times. Thickness of the frame surface plate and vertical steel plate of the dowel p12mm; the bottom plate thickness: 16mm; the two bottom plate shall be tack to avoid looseness of the connecting bolts. To reduce the weight of the trailer

    File Box: Equipped one A4 file box. File box equipped at the one side of the landing
    gear handle; A4 paper could be put into the box from the top side by vertical direction,
    the file box frame shall not cover the content on the inside A4 paper. The plate on the
    file box shall be polished to avoid the scratch of working members.

    LOGO: 3M Red Reflector, rectangle reflector marking will be affixed at the center of
    the tanker loading area. CIMC&AEG nameplate, VIN, CIMC Marking, wheelbase
    adjusted marking; LOGO location see the drawing of trademark, dimensions of LOGO
    shall be the same on each trailer.
